Available for both iOS and Android devices, Snapseed is my favorite and most comprehensive photo editor. Snapseed – a photo editor created by Google.Most apps are available for both Android and iOS devices. With the plethora of available options, I offer you my favorite FREE (mostly) apps that I use personally as well as in the classroom.
